Our operations team releases parcels Monday through Friday. Any instructions received by noon (local hub time) will be processed and shipped the same day. Depending on the level of service chosen, you shipment will arrive to your delivery address in two to eight working days.
Borderlinx values each and every one of its employees. For national holidays, we close our export facility so that our staff can spend time with friends and family. On these days, packages will not be received or shipped. Upon reopening, we will do our best to ship packages as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please refer to the following table for hub closure dates.

During the months of November and December, the number of parcels received and shipped significantly increase due to online year-end sales events. During this time global carriers may experience longer delivery times. While global carriers work hard to reduce delays, they are sometimes unavoidable. We suggest customers release packages as early as possible to receive their parcel on or before a particular date.
