My package has been delivered, but why is it not updated in my suite?

Due to time zone differences and the high volume of packages Borderlinx receives, please allow one working day for packages to be updated to your suite.

If your package hasn't been added to your suite after two days, please contact us. We'll work quickly to investigate the issue with the delivery carrier and warehouse staff.

Note: Please make sure to properly input your Borderlinx address as it appears on your dashboard. Failure to do so may result in delayed processing.
