As a reminder, including your Borderlinx suite number ensures successful package delivery to our hub. If a suite number is not included on the delivery address, we may have difficulty identifying your package and additional fees may apply.
For our Hong Kong, Germany and United Kingdom hubs, many retailers will accept your suite number after your name or in the first address line. If you receive an error message, try replacing the hyphen (-) in your suite number with a space.
When shopping from retailers with your Borderlinx U.S. address, you should enter your suite number in the first line:
However, some retailers may only accept the suite number after your name. Again, if you receive an error message, try replacing the hyphen (-) in your suite number with a space.
If you are expecting a package but haven't received a "New Delivery" notice from Borderlinx, please contact Customer Support. We can help locate your package if the retailer did not include the correct suite number on the address label.
