For shipments with a total weight exceeding 30kg, Borderlinx cannot offer its standard service level. Customers must therefore select the Express Service level when requesting the release of shipments whose combined weight would exceed this amount.
With the Economy service, please also note that the you cannot ship any parcel exceeding 30kgs in dead weight.
