How It Works

Retailers don’t always accept international payment methods. Abandoning your cart in defeat is usually the only option, but not for Borderlinx members. With a little help from our Shopping Concierge service, you can still get your order no matter your preferred payment.

  1. Submit a Shopping Concierge Order Form

    You’ll need to provide information about the item and any special instructions about placing the order.

  2. Borderlinx Places Your Order

    Our team moves quickly, but sometimes it can take up to 48 hours to place an order for you. We’ll make sure to send you an update as soon as it happens.

  3. Your Order Arrives at Our Hub

    This is where you come in. Sign into your account, pay for international delivery and applicable customs duty and tax, and ship the order to your home.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Shopping Concierge Service

  • Is there a concierge service fee?

    Yes, there is currently a fee of 5% of the goods value, with a minimum of 10 (or equivalent) for any Concierge order.

  • Can you claim other discounts for me?

    We will always use discount codes supplied to us (except first order promotion codes), but we cannot accept responsibility for sellers declining, or failing to apply, discount codes. Any special instructions such as discount codes need to be supplied in the item description field.

  • Is there a limit to the size of order I can place?

    Yes, the maximum order size is 5 items per order. Just as with the Borderlinx regular service, goods from different sellers can be consolidated into one shipment.

  • What happens if some of the items are out of stock?

    We will cancel the whole order and notify you. You will not be charged. You will have the option to place a new order excluding the out of stock items.
