How Does it Work?
Shipments arriving to our export warehouse are photographed by our trained operations staff. These photos will show the condition of your package when it's:
- Received
- Opened
- Repackaged (if applicable)
Package Upon Arrival
See the condition of your shipment when it arrives to our warehouse. Images are taken of the exterior of your package so that you and our operations staff can immediately spot any potential issues. Ensure your packaging is in good shape so that the contents inside remain safe.
Condition of Items in Package
Merchants and retailers ship millions of packages each day. See your items before they leave our warehouse to ensure they are exactly as you ordered them.
Package Repacking
Shipments that can benefit from repacking will be identified by our trained operations staff, without needing your involvement. Our repacking service is used to save you money on shipping fees.
Packages that qualify will be repacked into one of the following:
- Smaller padded envelope
- Reduced size box
