The Management team

David Spottiswood CEO and co-founder
David has over 20 years experience of general management in global logistics, latterly as Director of Global Operations at DHL. He has operated in the Middle East, Europe and Asia. Prior to Borderlinx, he also served as COO of Rentokil Initial Europe.

Neill O'Sullivan President and Founder
Neill has over 20 years experience with DHL as Managing Director and Regional Director in Europe and Caribbean / Latin America. Prior to Borderlinx, he was Managing Director of DHL's 'Home Delivery' division in the UK.

John Bish CFO
John has 25 years of experience in Finance and Control with more than 10 years in leadership positions in global consumer products, logistics and business process outsourcing companies in Europe and the Americas. Prior to joining Borderlinx, John was Global CFO of the UK based Williams Lea Group.

Marc Dutrieux CIO
Marc spent almost 14 years with Europay / MasterCard Europe, holding several senior management functions in the areas of IT, Smart Card Programme Management and New Technologies. He then took the role of COO in a niche IT consulting and development company for 3 years.

David Cronin SVP Business Development
David spent over 22 years with American Express in Asia and the Americas. He held a variety of roles, culminating as the senior executive responsible for all aspects of product strategy and development across the international consumer businesses, with particular focus in Asia.

Cédric Rainotte SVP Communication & Marketing
Cédric is specialised in the Internet throughout his career. He was appointed as Creative Communication Manager at the digital department of Belgacom. He was then Chief Creative Officer (CCO) at Emailvision and, at the end of 2007, appointed by the Vanksen Group at the post of "Executive Creative Director".

Martin Carfrae Integration Director and co-founder
Martin has extensive experience in ecommerce development, having key roles in payments systems providers and online software companies.

Hans Wackwitz Chairman
Hans worked in international banking for 23 years at Bankers Trust and Paribas with the last ten devoted to Private Equity and Venture Capital. In 2003 he founded Partners in Equity, a private investment firm which concentrates on Education, Environment and Technologies.

José Zurstrassen co-Chairman
José is an Internet entrepreneur. His first major success came with founding Skynet, Belgium's leading Internet Service Provider, which was subsequently sold to Belgacom. He then founded Keytrade, Belgium's leading Online Broker. Keytrade went public in 1999 and became a bank in 2002, finally being purchased by Credit Agricole in 2006.
