What items can't be delivered through Borderlinx?
Excisable goods, such as tobacco and alcohol.
Flammable goods such as perfumery, hair spray, cigarette lighters, cleaning and toner fluids, eau de cologne, nail polish etc., and the majority of chemicals.
For all other countries, please check with your Border Control authorities
But for all countries, items we are unable to deliver include:
- gold, silver or platinum jewellery
- cash, credit cards or SIM cards
- unlicensed drugs
- offensive weapons
- indecent and obscene material featuring children
- pornographic material
- obscene material depicting extreme violence
- counterfeit and pirated goods
- meat, milk (including cheese) and other animal products
- firearms, explosives and ammunition
- certain plants and their products
- certain radio transmitters and cordless phones not approved for use in your country
- perfumes, colognes, eau de toilette, fragrance spray
- batteries
- Lithium batteries that do NOT meet these specific guidelines are NOT acceptable for carriage.
- Packages containing lithium batteries, or lithium batteries contained in, or packed with, equipment that are properly packaged
- Small lithium metal and lithium ion batteries (Watt-hour rating is not more than 100 Wh). Proper packaging includes:
- Packing each battery or each battery-powered device when practicable, in fully enclosed inner packaging made of non-conductive material (such as a plastic bag);
- Separating or packing batteries in a manner to prevent contact with other batteries, devices or conductive materials (e.g., metal) in the packaging; and
- Ensuring exposed terminals or connectors are protected with non-conductive caps, non-conductive tape, or by other appropriate means.
- Batteries should be securely cushioned and packed to prevent shifting which could loosen terminal caps or reorient the terminals to produce short circuits.

We will advise you that we have received prohibited goods at our facility but will not be able to ship them. It is then your responsibility to arrange a return or alternative US delivery address.
