How it works:
- The concierge service is a Borderlinx facility offered on behalf of EasyShop customers by Borderlinx.
- Borderlinx will place the order with your chosen merchant for delivery to your US shipping address. Our charge for this service is 10$.
- Just click on the link on this page, after you have logged-in, and complete the Order Request Form.
- The order will be processed within 3 working days and keep you informed of progress.
- Payment will be taken for the goods, plus any US sales taxes and US shipping charges and order from the merchant.
- When the goods are delivered at your US shipping address you will be notified by email, as usual.
Reviewing your orders:
- You can log in any time to review and edit your orders
- Each is assigned an order reference number along with their status
- Each status describes the progress of your order as follows:
- Order received
- Processing order
- Ordered from Merchant
- Shipped from Merchant
Terms and Conditions:
The Concierge Service is a Service offered by Borderlinx to DHL EasyShop Customers:
- This Concierge Service is provided by Borderlinx to DHL EasyShop Customers. Borderlinx shall not process any order of Products by the Customer if any such information is insufficient and shall notify the Customer where further information is required.
- Once Borderlinx has processed the order of Products on behalf of the Customer and received the relevant retailer/supplier/merchant’s confirmation of the same, Borderlinx shall notify the Customer within a maximum of three (3) business days from receipt of such confirmation.
- The cost of the Product ordered, all transport charges (including the delivery of the Products to the Borderlinx Export Facility from the Merchant) together with all applicable local taxes and charges shall be charged to the Customer in advance of merchant ordering.
- DHL is not a party to any transaction related to the Concierge Service as such service is provided directly by Borderlinx to DHL’s EasyShop Customers.
