Ship to your shipping address
- Don't forget - many retailers require a local shipping address. Fill in the shipping address form with your Borderlinx address. Keep it handy!
- You pay the retailer for the goods and local shipping and Borderlinx for international shipping and taxes
When your delivery arrives at your Borderlinx address
- We will email you with the details of your delivery (If you have a Spam filter set up, be sure to allow emails from borderlinx.com to get through to your inbox)
- When you log into your Borderlinx account, you can see all the deliveries we have received on your behalf (Shipments in your Suite)
When you want us to send your shipment
- Your account will show you all the duties, taxes and shipping charges due
- Choose Express or Standard shipping, then Click 'next' to accept the charges.
- We will then send your shipment. We ship daily Monday to Friday and deliveries will be made to your home address.
You can check the progress of your shipment
- Log into your Borderlinx account and go to the 'Delivery Status' page
- You will see what you have shipped and the tracking checkpoints
- Your shipment will be with you in a few days!
