What information we collect and how
Any personal information we collect from you either via this website, email, telephone or alternate electronic or paper communication will be used in accordance with the United Kingdom Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable laws.

The information we collect may include:
(i) Any personal details you submit, such as name, address, email address, etc. This is used for processing your shipments and subscription for Borderlinx services. It will be used only to enable us and our agents or contractors to provide service to you and Borderlinx will seek to ensure the information is used only in connection with these services with all information treated in a confidential manner. Information collected will not be for Sale to any third parties.

(ii) Your computer system information including type and IP address (this is your computer's individual identification number) which may be automatically logged by our web server.

(iii) Session information when using our website is stored in Cookies; these are used to ensure the correct data is extracted from the database when using our interactive systems.

(iv) We do not store any credit card information. This information is taken and processed on our behalf by the secure servers of Worldpay (a subsidiary company of The Royal Bank of Scotland PLC).They may need to transfer some information outside the EU area for the purposes of credit card validation and authentication. (v) We may publish an email newsletter (ezine) or otherwise communicate with you electronically and conduct client surveys but we shall not sell our client's email addresses.

Your rights
(i) You can ask us to update or remove your personal information by writing to us at our head office address above. However, please note that we may need to keep some personal data in order to process orders or to comply with customer service or after sale obligations.

(ii) You also have the right to request a copy of any personal information we hold about you. To do this, simply write to us, enclosing a cheque for 10 Pounds, 16 Euros or 18 US Dollars payable to Borderlinx Ltd to cover our administration costs.
